I’m not sure who the manager is or who’s in charge of keeping things in stock but I went in for a simple peanut butter cup shake with whey protein. They didn’t have chocolate, not a big deal I was going to use white chocolate. But then I was informed they were also out of protein powder. How do you run out of two simple and I’m sure common ingredients when you’re a smoothie cafe ? Very disappointing. I ended up not ordering anything and gave my business elsewhere
Unacceptable service for a first-time customer. This was my very first time ever trying Tropical Smoothie Café, and it was a terrible introduction to the brand. The employee walked right out of the restroom holding her cell phone, completely ignored us, and gave zero greeting. When I asked a simple question about menu packages, she looked visibly annoyed and gave a rude facial expression. The other two staff members on shift blindly took her side instead of helping.
