Second time I arrive before store closes at 8:55pm. Hours say 9pm close and girls closed the place down, locked doors, and cleaned up. That’s poor and immature customer service and missed sales and no way to treat loyal customers. They care about going home rather than running a business.
They don’t listen!!! Was they trained correctly??? Not 1 but 3 people don’t make smoothies properly. They don’t acknowledge add ins. If i customize my smoothie to have added peanut butter and bananas then why it isn’t in there If i pay for?? The woman yesterday even looked at me at a judgement tone for asking for peanut butter and banana in my avacolada. Also, didn’t put it in it cause I didn’t taste it.
