I ordered an açaí bowl, and the base was clearly prepped several days ago , it was completely frozen solid and not enjoyable at all. For $12, I expected something fresh like other Tropical Smoothie locations that prep daily. The nerve of having a tip jar and card tip option when they don’t even make the base fresh is wild. Total waste of money. I will not be returning to this location.
The drinks are good. But the workers are rude. The girl in the pink clear glasses was rolling her eyes every question I had . Then you got her buddy in the back laughing .
