I’ll not recommend this place. I’ve been coming for a long time however, I can on Sunday March 24th, and I placed in an order which was not what I asked for and when I asked for it to be redone because I didn’t understand something the customer service said, after paying my funds , I was rejected. Poor customer service all around and I don’t typically leave reviews but this one warranted it,
They have ROACHES and staff is rude
I visited this location during a peak evening rush. Despite the high volume of customers, the staff maintained an exceptional level of professionalism, efficiency, and hospitality. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend this establishment.
Out of all the Torpical Cafes I have purchased from this is at the bottom of taste and service. My yogurt was complfrozen no thought put into the process of putting it together.
