Ira was so helpful and amazing!!
Our first time to this establishment. We ordered a bowl and a smoothie. There was only one other customer in the store waiting for her order. I stood at the register while a girl counted money. There was no greeting or even a "be with you in a second." After we ordered, the bowl came out quickly, but the smoothie took way longer, other people got their order before us that arrived after us.
