I love tropical smoothie, been going for years and have been to various locations. this one is the worst. food is decent, usually, but the service is consistently bad. no one greets you, no one even attempts eye contact or conversation… don’t get me wrong im not here to make friends, but it comes off as very rude when you’re the only person in the store, they see you walk in, then keep their back turned while you stand waiting at the register. it’s hard to stomach $16 for a small flatbread and a smoothie when you feel unwelc... read more
Friendly staff... drinks are large and delicious. Prices are very reasonable... Fast service
Wouldn’t let me sub out banana for peanut butter. Smoothie was icy and I didn’t even finish it. $10 I’ll never get back. Go to Jamba on forest drive instead.
