I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel this needs to be addressed. I asked one of the employees where I should pick up my order. Instead of answering, she rolled her eyes and walked away. Another employee eventually told me where to go, even though there was already a sign indicating where order pickup was. Unfortunately, this has happened twice in the same week with the same employee. Everyone can have a bad day, but consistently treating customers with rudeness is unacceptable. I must say, Kimberly, dario, Melody, and Justin were true hero’s today. I came 3 minutes prior to close and my girlfriend that is 4 months pregnant with our baby girl was in desperate need of a bahama mama. Thank you to the staff for allowing me to order a smoothie for her and putting a smile on her face.

I live in San Francisco, CA and have never been in BayShore NY. My car was fraudulently used at this cafe and I called to report it, per my bank’s instructions. Some teenage girl picked up the phone, told me “there is nothing we can do” and “I’m sorry you feel this way”. She then offered to pass my information to the owner, but when I confronted her about her tone and manners and asked what her name was, she hung up the phone on me.
