Im in smoothie heaven with the Island Green Smoothie, and might I add the owner at the Triangle location in Austin is the best! And the staff is on point!
Terrible customer service. Tropical Smoothie Cafe's website says to reach out to the store for issues. This store will tell you to reach out to Tropical Smoothie Cafe through their main site despite this, and the store will say "Thats just what I was told to say"
quality control needs to be under investigation at this location. been ordering the same smoothie for years but something about the management here has consistantly underperformed. I will not be reordering and I was one of their regulars.
Last weekend I went into the Tropic Smoothie Cafe with me and my grandson and I had a very pleasant experience! There was a very nice and pretty lady named Katy that helped us with our order. Since I was with my grandson, I decided to wear my favorite hat, I only wear it on special occasions and that day felt like the right day to do so.
