First time here and the customer service was amazing Fabiola helped me out and got my order done really quick definitely coming back ☺️ definitely recommend the mango monsoon taste really mango and fruity lol
10/10 smoothie and customer service
When I entered the store, there was a weird altercation between an employee and a customer and it made me, and other patrons, very uncomfortable. An employee was yelling passive aggressive phrases at the customer, very loudly made a scene, and kicked the customer out of the store. This employee was very loud and seemed very out of line. This was my first time at the store, but I actually left after ordering and took my food + smoothie to go (even though I planned to dine in) because I was so uncomfortable. The manager and owner must be so rude to their employees I’m not surprised to see a new face anytime I try to pick up an order. I finally stopped even doing pick up after witnessing an altercation between the manager and a former employee that made me and the other customers so uncomfortable. It was so awkward as the poor woman was just trying to return things and purchase a smoothie and the manager wouldn’t even allow her to do so, coming in and out of the store to keep berating her. If I could give this place zero stars I would. The rudest employees that are not only rude to customers but each other! The atmosphere is tense as soon as you walk in and you can tell the employees don’t want to be there. I don’t think this place is even healthy! They add so much sugar and sauce to the smoothies and food you might as well just save your money and make your food at home.
