Every day in the morning I go shopping and this day pass Thursday 8:20 pm. In a very discourte form they told me that they couldn't prepare the bowl here because it was already late... I asked them at what time they closed and they told me that at 9:00... I didn't really understand because they couldn't prepare me the bowl acai... I think as a loyal customer I deserved an explanation. What a sadness that they are so discourteous. I wish and they could train their staff to be kinder.😔😒
The service was very slow and then I picked 2 different smoothies only to be told that they couldn’t make me either of them
Waited over 45 minutes for my wrap and was made incorrectly ask for no romaine lettuce, they didn’t put the romaine but put regular lettuce ???? Which I didn’t ask for either
