This is the slowest service at a tropical smoothie cafe I've ever witnessed. By far the poorest service ever experienced! I wish I'd paid cash so I could get fast refund and leave. 35mins for a smoothie is disgusting!!!
I don’t know what’s going on with places these days, but service is just not good. I asked for a thick smoothie and received it running like water, the MANAGER, came from the back with a bucket of mop water in his hand, he then went over to remake my smoothie. I asked him to wash his hands, but he smiled and spoke to me in a passive aggressive manner. He didn’t wash his hands and I asked for a refund! Get better people to work for you!
