Very frustrating experience with this location. I placed an order through the Tropical Smoothie app, and somehow the app changed the store location to this location without me realizing it. As soon as I noticed, I contacted the store directly to explain that I would not be picking up the order and asked about getting a refund. I was transferred several times, and unfortunately, the employees I spoke with had difficulty understanding what I was trying to explain.
