Okay, so this place is usually very consistent. This last time we went, my daughter's smoothie was so bland. Unfortunately, I have a rule that my kids can't eat or drink in my car (with the exception of water) so I let my oldest know we'd get some smoothies but she couldn't drink until we got home. Well that was a big mistake, we got home and she immediately complained. I tried it myself and was shocked by how bland it was. I checked the order to make sure I ordered the right smoothies, they were correct. So it's just them.
This is the salad Uber delivered to me from this location. The detox smoothie was undrinkable as well. This location is usually very reliable and consistently good, but this experience was insultingly awful. It was like some jerk teen employee was having a bad day and decided to mess with food. Gave this location another chance - ordered 2 detox island green and they sent 2 yellow smoothies and 2 egg and bacon wraps and they sent sausage wraps. This location is allergic to quality control.
Not doing online pickup here anymore. Always take close to 30 mins and the staff is also apathetic.
They close at 8:40 pm not fair they should close at 9 as it says! >=\
