I'm so disappointed. I got a T-Mobile promotion to get a free smoothie bowl if I spent $1. Yay! So, I ordered the delicious (albeit tiny) kale apple slaw. I was just about to eat my smoothie bowl, when my online order tag fell off of the lid and below it is a sticker stating that this particular smoothie bowl was made August 14th (8 days ago) for a different customer. It was an expired bowl, as it was supposed to be "used by the end of day yesterday." What a shame!
Gabby at Tropical Smoothie Cafe is the best! My husband ordered a smoothie that he didn’t end up liking, and without hesitation, Gabby offered to replace it right away—no problem, no extra charge. That simple act of kindness meant a lot to us, especially since we had just finished a long day of training at work and were feeling tired.
