I ordered delivery through the tropical smoothie website. When my order finally arrived after waiting over an hour to get it all my smoothies were spilt over and the driver was trying to convince me that nothing was wrong cause there was a little left in the bottom. Myko is great! Very kind and got us our food fast! The bowls are perfect
The angel food smoothie is the only one I've had so far. Loved it though. I just had surgery completed in my mouth on the top and bottom jaw. They were nice enough to make it thicker for me.
So I stopped by this location today because I received an email telling me that I had a free smoothie & needed to redeem it by today. When I approached the counter I showed the employee my email & how it wasn't showing up on rhe app. He offered no assistance so I stepped away to try to figure it out. When I couldn't,I just got back in line & ordered a bowl so it wouldn't be a wasted trip.
