I did a gigantic group order for a soccer team and they delivered it on time and everything was correct. The team was very happy!! Thank you!
I had wanted a smoothie on my break and tried this place and order my usual Strawberry Banana with Apple Juice or Apples and the lady at the register said they don't have Apple juice , so I said apples she told me know but she still on her Cellphone talking SMH I ask why she said she can't do it. The lady never gave me any accommodations to see what else I should put in my smoothie still never got off the Cellphone horrible. But the pesto sandwich was good I guess I'll go back to kwench
Extremely slow with no customer service. I placed an online order at 11:03 am, it was promised by 11:13 am, I was handed my smoothie at 11:20am and I did not receive my food until 11:45 am. They knew I was waiting, ensured me it was coming and I still did not have my food but continued to see others who came after me receive their meals. the breakfast order was done in horrible way and cold with an online order twice and only the bowl was okay.

It’s a bit pricey, but I consider it worth it since I only go there once or twice a year. The customer service is always great.
