This was my first visit, and I found the environment pleasant and the location clean and inviting. I placed my order online and came in for pickup. Unfortunately, my interaction with the associate was not as welcoming as I had hoped. She did not smile or acknowledge me warmly, and her facial expression gave the impression that she may have been tired or ready to leave. I order here 2-3 times a week but this time was different I Ordered food on tropical smoothy website. They messed up with there communications with door dash and told me I am sol when they delivered to wrong address.
