Associate making out smoothie put too much ice in the $9 smoothie we ordered. There was a lot of smoothie content left, and as a frustrated customer for watered out smoothie, I asked if I can have the left over smoothie and was told that would be extra— and associate ended up dumping it out. I’m not sure if I was more disappointed in wasted food or the poor customer service. Out of all local Tropical Smoothie location, this one definitely has poorest customer service and quality.
Very disappointed that they removed the plant based chk'n from the menu, it was very good. The staff said nobody ever got it. I said I did, she said you're the only one! I do love the smoothies and how you can customize. They are a good value for the price, and fills me up.
