Chaliss made a very good refreshment. Order took a bit long but quality was great.
Omg I got the PB protein crunch and it was so disgusting I asked could I exchange it and they said NO and that was that never coming back here again
Associate making out smoothie put too much ice in the $9 smoothie we ordered. There was a lot of smoothie content left, and as a frustrated customer for watered out smoothie, I asked if I can have the left over smoothie and was told that would be extra— and associate ended up dumping it out. I’m not sure if I was more disappointed in wasted food or the poor customer service. Out of all local Tropical Smoothie location, this one definitely has poorest customer service and quality.
