Horrible experience! They gave me the smoothie and as soon as she gave it to me the smoothie dropped out of hands. They said they refused to make another one. No customer etiquette whatsoever ever. Make sure they hand it to you or put it on the counter because if it drops in their store and you haven’t put it in your mouth yet they will be complete idiots and not remake it
Horrible place. Horrible staff. No accommodations after they mess up your order. Just an oh well attitude. This is the smoothie place next to Jersey mikes and squisto
Hated my experience here. Wasted my money. If you read this buy your smoothie some where else. All they had to do was remake half a smoothie that just fell out of hands in front of their face. They refused to. I lost money and was inconvenienced. They acted like they didn’t just take my money. Please don’t tip here, they could care less about the customers.
