I love the experience I had with one of the employees, Blanca! She was really kind and sweet and helped me choose options that met my dietary restrictions. I always come by on my break and I’m always made felt welcomed ☺️
Overall a good meal but nothing special. Wouldn’t seek it out but would get it if that was one of the few options. Got the chicken Baja wrap - not super flavorful but not bad. Took advantage of the free smoothie deal with a meal - Açaí berry one. It was pretty sweet despite getting half the sugar.
If I could give this place zero stars I would, it seems like every single time I come in here I cannot seem to get quality service!!! Today the picture I'm posting is of the Greek yogurt bowl that I bought and me trying desperately hard to find granola!!! They wanted to charge me a dollar and although they hardly put ANY granola in my bowl... I AM SO DONE BECAUSE I LOVE TROPICAL SO MUCH, BUT THIS LOCATION I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DON'T COME HERE. YODI LOPEZ claimed she was the manger . I had ordered my food from uber eats for pick up and she was highly Unprofessional and very disrespectful and rude and had lied about my order and did something to my order to where I didn’t get it . And they wouldn’t make it when I asked either.
