I purchased a smoothie and didn’t noticed that the cup had the face of a cartoon character drawn on it with different color markers. Well with the condensation from the cold smoothie and our 95 degree weather, the markers leaked all over my clothes and as I clean it It’s not coming out. I called and the manager said “It’s a company wide thing and I’m the first person to call in about it”. She did apologize however this needs to be corrected company wide because now my clothes are ruined.
This place is super inconsistent. Sometimes I have to blend my smoothie myself when I get home. They also cut the wraps at such an angle that half of it falls out of the wrap. They might as well just cut it lengthwise.
The employees deserve a raise after giving my dad and I our smoothies in smaller cups thus getting a 2 for 1, and allowing my dad and I to trade so we can try one of ours together :)
