I had ordered a smoothie online, went in and told the girl behind the counter, she says they're working on it and I waited for 10 more minutes finally another customer came in and HE showed me where it was. Terrible service, I realize they're young, so they should have had better training. Management here should be ashamed!

Came in through the drive thru today and my card was declining due to suspicious transaction error, no charge is present on my card for the food, the receipt shows a different card has paid for it.. You're the nicest person I've ever met, there was no reason to do that. I could've paid cash.. Every time I go lately the smoothies are not blended all of the way. I also add extra fruit and pay for it but they leave it out. That has happened the last 3 times. Has gone down hill. 4 smoothies I ordered tonight with so many ice chunks can’t drink through the straw.
