It took 30 minutes since ordering because they gave my drink to someone else and laughed about it. Not sure I can recommend this place.
This Tropical Smoothie location was cute. I've never seen smoothies cheaper. The fruit was fresh and it was a solid smoothie. Service was good, my smoothie was ready when I arrived. I also ordered the homeless man a smoothie as well because of how inexpensive they come out to at this location. Weird thing is that the employee didn't even acknowledge that I ordered one for him, either she's not having a good day, or he comes around very often and they're bothered.
I order something separately from the coupon I got so I was trying to delete the transaction and add the free smoothie. The young lady said she didn’t know how to do it and her manager was on break with a very unhappy face and body language smh Looks like there is a lady training at the register Maybe need management team little bit more training for the employees As a customer, I don’t wanna hear certain things
Got hired by a nice girl but was training with someone else the next day and they expected me to know everything and do everything and asked me if I can do a order, I did it correctly but then she told me I did it wrong when in fact it was her that told me to do the wrong one
