I am a frequent customer who loves Tropical Smoothie Cafe and I love the kind employees. I however had a very bad experience recently. I ordered a smoothie that contained blended in chunks of what looked like tinfoil and paper wrapping. I drank most of the smoothie and only noticed it after it cut my throat and became lodged for hours. I spit some of it out and fished several chunks from the bottom of my smoothie.
