The mango smoothie absolutely hit
I’m beyond frustrated with the experience I had at this Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I ordered one açaí bowl and ended up waiting over 30 minutes, while every other customer, including those who walked in long after me, got their food and drinks almost immediately. I brought the delay to the cashier’s attention, and they didn’t offer an apology, an update, or any kind of compensation. It felt like our time didn’t matter at all. I’ve never had such poor service here before
We literally come here 5x a week for two smoothies and a burrito..... Came in today on 6/24 @11:45ish am.... We've never had an issue, however we saw some pretty gross stuff today. A customer that had their pants hanging off their butt, had poop stained boxers.... Pretty gross, obviously not the restaurants fault, however while this was happening, one of their employees was sitting at a table PICKING THEIR NOSE! Damn this place is great. Unfortunately a few detractors exist. Why are your employees saying, "the machine has one more question". Then they look up at the ceiling as the machine asks if you want to tip from 15 to 25%. For...making...a drink....they are paid an hourly wage for. Why do they look at the ceiling right away. Is it that awkward? I would say yes. Ya'll got money problems if your people behind the counter are asking for money, but avoiding the...weird Ness by staring at the roof to avoid it being....TOOOOO awkward... read more
