Terrible customer service. They cant take cash because they are to lazy to go get change in their drawers
This company doesn't accept $50 dollar bills even when the order is $40. I tried to explain to the manager that under colorado Law you must accept legal currency. She told me I was a liar. Under Colorado Revised Statute § 11-61-102 (passed as House Bill 21-1048), any retail establishment that has a person accepting payments in person must accept U.S. currency (paper bills and coins).
I love Tropical Smoothie, I have been to many!! However, this location seems to be missing something. We were inside (the only customers inside) for more than a few minutes before anyone even looked at us, let alone said hello. Friendly enough taking our order, but my husband is a happy guy, so he lightened it up. The biggest problem is the smoothies, they never taste the same, and they're not always good enough to drink. Big bummer. Hopefully they'll figure things out. I'd really like to come back.
