Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order through the app this morning after the gym and went to pick it up, only to be told that despite the charge showing as pending on my account, the staff could not make my order because it was not appearing on their screen. I showed them both the order confirmation and the app receipt, yet the person they claimed was the manager, who was apparently on the phone, still refused to authorize making the order. I just ordered Chia Banana Bst Togo at this location for 1st time. This smoothie is my Togo drink. However, Ít doesn’t taste good, and tastes watery down. Staff needs to learn to make smoothies right.
