Giving them one star it's not even enough because I walked in wanting a refund they never gave me the refund and tried to play it out by giving me their food which was fine but definitely calculated it wrong have absolutely no customer service whatsoever They also took our order wrong made a huge deal about adding Nutella even though we ordered Nutella but we didn't have the receipt to show them Because it was a change for my refund the staff member started yelling at two teenage girls Throwing insults that we can't do math ... read more
I love tropical smoothie and the staff is always so kind. The kale slaw is my favorite but everytime I go they don’t have it or it’s made very poorly
I used to come to this location regularly but it has quickly switched to one of the most poorly run restaurants I’ve ever been to. The workers don’t know how to communicate with customers, orders are constantly wrong or late, and for some reason this one location has issues with ordering online almost every time. Absolutely unacceptable
