If I could do a 0 star review I would, I had a free smoothie, (birthday reward) the “manager” asked me for an ID which I didn’t had it with me, they said they’ll be waiting there for me until I get my ID, I wasn’t going to go home, get my ID and get back there! :| That’s how they lost customer, because many times I spent more than $50.00 dollars, but NEVER AGAIN.
I went in as a first time customer looking forward to trying and having a smoothie. No one at the counter though eventually a woman came never asking if I needed help so I simply said can I make a custom smoothie. No comment she handed me a menu. She did not say for what. I assumed the ingredients where in there so I just simply started talking and asking if they had spinach to start. I was excited to get a tropical smoothie on Sudley side, I always went to the location off of Liberia. The smoothies at this location have been watery, they are using more ice and are not smoothies but more like slushies. The staff is young and they have trouble receiving feedback and resolving issues. I had a coupon for that location that didn't expire until August and because they couldn't find it in the system they state it couldn't be used.
