I want to try so bad but the reviews about customer service has me deadlocked. Eyes rolling when customers enter and nasty attitudes from employees is all I see. Guess I will stay away. The best promotion is word of mouth remember that
My girlfriend ordered food and a smoothie through their app to get delivered and had issues and the staff was VERY unhelpful and unfriendly. I was at work and my girlfriend doesn’t drive so she couldn’t get her order remade or anything and they INSISTED it was doordashes problem. And DoorDash insisted that tropical smoothie was responsible. Either way, my girlfriend didn’t end up eating anything, we didn’t receive any compensation, and the staff did not care to help.
