Got here at 8:50 doors are closed but it says they close at 9pm losing money because your employees decided to close early service is terrible
We placed an online order over an hour in advance and it was still not ready on time. Even with that wait, the smoothie bowl was liquid like juice. Additionally, half the toppings were missing and the bowl containers were only half filled. The bananas were also brown/black. We had an overall terrible experience and cannot recommend this location. We will not be returning.

I went to this location at 7714 fry re, cypress, Tx on today, 4/27/2026. The lady in the picture below has a very nasty attitude, no customer service, rude, and argumentative with customers. I was picking up an order that was placed 20- 30 minutes prior to me arriving, when I walked into the restaurant, there was no one at the front counter and no came to the front counter until I yelled three times that I was picking up my order, she never acknowledged me at all.
