Normally a solid place with a hiccup here and there with online order accuracy. We usually use the app to order ahead. Today my kids each wanted acai bowl and add nutella instead of a Nutella bowl, paying the extra $1 for each bowl. The kids didn't look at their bowls until we got home so we didn't go back. Ryan and Katie were awesome. My smoothie was awesome. The place is brand new and super clean! My only complaint is there should be a couple of surfboards on the wall!! Hang ten 🤙 All the people leaving bad reviews are chronic complainers and never happy with anything. That can be the only explanation. Lol 😂
When i came in the other day, the girl behind the register never smiled once. I think her name started with an A? She had longer hair that was pink. Anyway, she just looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there, it kind of set the mood for me. Will not be returning. Attitude is EVERYTHING in the service industry.
