Ryan and Katie were awesome. My smoothie was awesome. The place is brand new and super clean! My only complaint is there should be a couple of surfboards on the wall!! Hang ten 🤙 All the people leaving bad reviews are chronic complainers and never happy with anything. That can be the only explanation. Lol 😂
When i came in the other day, the girl behind the register never smiled once. I think her name started with an A? She had longer hair that was pink. Anyway, she just looked like she wanted to be anywhere but there, it kind of set the mood for me. Will not be returning. Attitude is EVERYTHING in the service industry.
The girl who was there the other morning when I came in looked like she absolutley did not want to be there. No smiles, no welcome in, and she huffed when she got up to the register. I get that people have bad days at work, but you just have to put your game face on and at least try. As someone who has worked off and on in the food service industry my whole life, this was pretty sad to see. I think I will be taking my business elsewhere next time im craving a smoothie.
Ryan and Katie are awesome! I am totally clueless on smoothies, and they helped me pick out something for my wife as a surprise treat. She loved it! Thank you both!
