We wanted to enjoy our smoothie as it was way too hot, but some sitting at the table behind us had incredibly rude manners. They were out of a smoothie we came in for. The staff member was not knowledgeable in explaining that after signing up, I have to come in next time to get a free smoothie. Another member explained.
