I absolutely love this place. But today I was so very disappointed. I ordered food through the tropical smoothie app and had it delivered. Well, only the smoothie got delivered and not my food. I tried to talk to the person who delivered it and they told me I ordered wrong even though I sent a photo of my receipt listing my food & smoothie. I could not request refund or voice my concern over the app since it was through tropical smoothie app and not a delivery app like DoorDash. I then called the store.. There were people waiting in the lobby for smoothies,DoorDash and etc and the owner was just standing upfront on TikTok while order times just went up
Owner keeps employees' tips. Won't be going back until this changes.
Staff is awesome but apperantly the owner keeps the employees tips, which is NOT cool. Won’t be returning until this changes and i will be letting others know this is happening as well. Pretty sure this is *extremely* illegal
