When food was delivered and some was missing I contacted this store and MANDY stated, I can come pick it up…. It was delivery for a reason and proceeded to argue with me that it was a few item and it was NOT a free item it was paid for. Had a poor attitude and very rude. You get treated how you treat people especially customers who call about missing food. She needs not to be in customer service or better training. Won’t be back to this location so I wont have to deal with MANDY again.
We had a lovely experience at the Tropical Smoothies Cafe! Everyone was very helpful. Hannah answered a lot of questions we had. We four ladies enjoyed our flatbreads and our Smoothies were delicious. We definitely will be back.
I’m general our order was okay. We orders smoothies and a single wrap and had to wait 20 min for a single wrap that was just sitting in the counter. We walked in and were not greeted. The staff was short and rude. The assumed manager had headphones in. This was my 1st experience here and I’m not going back. Customer service training is needed here for sure.
They are always so fast and friendly!
