Smoothie was disgusting and watered down. They added WAYYY too much Ice. I couldn’t even enjoy it. Definitely the worst location.
My first time trying Tropical was in Rock Hill, SC. They are top notch. I’m always satisfied and receive great service. So when visiting this location my expectations was high and immediately let down. We were never greeted so I ordered in my app. While waiting I could tell the person making the smoothie was unsure of what she was doing. The employees were not friendly or welcoming and the smoothie has no flavor. I wish I had read the reviews first.
The reason for all of the poor reviews on this location is that they are SEVERELY UNDERSTAFFED. there were only 2 people during the lunch rush today. How are these people supposed to handle the 8 orders they already have on their screens on top of everyone coming into the store. The amount of online and DoorDash orders probably severely limits them to meet in store customer demand. Of COURSE people are unhappy. The upper management and people who order their supplies aren’t cutting it here because they are overworked.
