I don't normally leave a review unless it is quite necessary, and I have to say the customer service at this location is on top of it! The ladies are so sweet and they are fast and efficient and the my order is always spot on. They are always hustling in there. They remember your name, and you get a warm welcome. :) I've worked in 5 star hospitality resorts my whole life and these women know customer service! Great job ladies! Thank you!
Not bad.
Came at 830 when it says then close at 9, staff locked the doors and was cleaning. Drove 20 mins for nothing.
Ordered one smoothie ... They charged me for another. When I told them there was a mistake, "That's what you ordered." Oh yeah? I ordered a drink I don't even like? They wouldn't remake it and I was in a hurry. That's a lot of money for a drink I didn't order, don't like and ended up throwing away.
