They take FOREVER to make their stuff and when we got our drinks, one wasn't even filled fully and when we pointed it out, the girl only said "sorry" and shrugged us off
The Hawaiian Island flat was absolutely exquisite..
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Manager MIA, lobby closed, long slow drive thru line, didnt get all of my order, employees REFUSED to give it to me and said I had to get back in their long drive thru line. Absolutely unreal.
I can see why this TSC has a great overall rating. Food was well put together, and when you pay extra for add-ins and extra protein you don't have to try to guess whether they actually put them in -- is easy to tell they did. It was clean and nice ingredients. Friendly staff, too.
