They do not have kid friendly music playing. Brought my two kids and cuss words playing loud on the music.
I never have issues and I literally go every day but when I drive and get there 20 mins till and no one greets me in drive thru and no one comes to window when I drive up is very disappointing I get closing time but you still had 20 minutes
I called to get my order corrected and nobody answers the phone. I’ve called about 11 times. When my dad got to the window to pick up the order the person working the window had an attitude about adding the white chocolate to the drink and didn’t want to remake it. I didn’t even want to a new drink just wanted a pump of a flavor. Poor service. I will not be returning due to lack of customer service.
They did assist me in what I was looking for.
Drive through women was extremely rude and rushing me wouldn't let me complete my order. Rang up my usual order separately not as a smoothie wrap combo making the price higher. Tells me our prices went up when I asked about it. And my sister ordered ahead online and hers was the same price I usually pay. And she still sits there and says we'll sorry our prices went up.
