I went by this morning and Mackenzie was running the whole store and ask orders by herself, her co worker did not show up yet she was doing amazing!!!
I have tried and tried to give this place a chance many times but it has really gone downhill..... Smoothie King will be getting my business from now on...... I went in there this morning to order a smoothie and wanted to replace two ingredients in my smoothie with another fruit. For example instead of strawberries I wanted mango but instead of just doing the replacement they wanted to charge for the mango and banana... I am very upset with my experience. I was told my order would be ready at 12:00pm which I did not receive my order until 12:45pm and it was the wrong order. they gave me a smoothie I did not order after I had talked to one of the employees, but then they called my name for my smoothie that I actually ordered. They told me to have a nice day and I had to remind them that I still had a quesadilla that I had not received yet. I ordered an acai bowl. The order was supposed to have strawberries and blueberries, and supplemented bananas for blueberries. Not only did they not give extra blueberries as the substitution, but got one strawberry cut in half. The bowl was only half full. I used all my award points for a free bowl on top of it. Not happy. I honestly should either get a refund or my points back and get the next one free. This was so wrong of them.
