My wrap was delicious and the workers were nice

I went by this morning and Mackenzie was running the whole store and ask orders by herself, her co worker did not show up yet she was doing amazing!!!
I have tried and tried to give this place a chance many times but it has really gone downhill..... Smoothie King will be getting my business from now on...... I went in there this morning to order a smoothie and wanted to replace two ingredients in my smoothie with another fruit. For example instead of strawberries I wanted mango but instead of just doing the replacement they wanted to charge for the mango and banana... When on the app you can just do a replacement and not be charged.... They will never get my business again... read more
I am very upset with my experience. I was told my order would be ready at 12:00pm which I did not receive my order until 12:45pm and it was the wrong order. they gave me a smoothie I did not order after I had talked to one of the employees, but then they called my name for my smoothie that I actually ordered. They told me to have a nice day and I had to remind them that I still had a quesadilla that I had not received yet.
