I don't normally post bad reviews but I made the mistake of using the drive thru. I have been on the line for over 30 monutes from 12:45 to 1:23The guy infront refused to pull forward to let people out because he doesnt understand that they can bring the food to his car from the fron door as well. Never again
Terrible customer service during the closing shift on 6/22. The lady working the drive-thru was extremely dismissive and unfriendly. She handed me my smoothie without saying a word, immediately shut the window, and didn’t even give me a straw. When I waited at the window to get her attention, she repeatedly ignored me. Basic courtesy and customer service should always be expected. Very disappointing experience.
Horrible experience was in the Drive-Thru for over 30 minutes and there was only two vehicles ahead of me only getting one smoothie each , workers here are slow. I'd understand if you're super busy but to wait 30 minutes in a drive-thru for one smoothie. Each is insane. I do not recommend going to this place because you're just going to waste your time. Will never go here again
