The worst customer service and snottiest little girls working the counter that have no clue what’s going on… All I asked for was the peanut butter moved from my smoothie to the other (not a problem at any other location, I already paid for it in mine!) and I was met with attitude, had to argue, & then I left with a smoothie that was literally probably ice, milk, almonds & oats VERY unblended it was like chewing chunks I had to throw it away after the second sip. This location should shut down, so embarrassing and wasteful.
9/2/2025 horrible service from the young ladies working tonight, we had an assistant manager and a crew member working, the girl who was not a manager was the one that took my order she mumbled and gave me attitude when i asked for my extra granola on the side, like i get every time i come here and from every tropical smoothie never had an issue, until tonight, she argued with me give me such a problem for wanting extra granola i pay for it. she gave me my food then slammed the window didn’t give me a receipt or anything. Five stars! Great food! Friendly service and plenty of space to eat indoors! The restaurant we clean and the menu has something for everyone!
This place is not worth being considered even. Go to Jamba Juice. Or get an icee from circle k. Worst service I’ve ever received last night. For one, it’s ran by teenagers who have attitude problems and mumble on the intercom and make things deliberately difficult on you, I had to strain the entire time even at the window to understand this girl who purposely was talking like she had peanut butter in her mouth with a volume nobody would’ve been able to hear and she refused to lean towards me even a little to make my life eas... read more
