I placed an online order thru the app and 100% selected the Fashion center way location. When I submitted the order I was already at the location and they said they didn’t receive it. I double checked my order and it now said I placed it at the Main Street location. I immediately called them within 2 minutes of placing the order and explained and the situation to manager there said they he would refund it but unfortunately their franchise owner does not allow them to do that. Ordered the same smoothie I get every visit and this time it was dirt brown. I tried it and it was clearly made incorrectly but the person behind the counter insisted it was correct. End of story for her. I left the gross product there and will not return. The least they could have done was offer to remake it. Very poor service and product.
Been here a few times, this place is the BEST. They have the best people and the best service. Smoothies are smoothies but honestly, the food is always fresh and warm and the workers are always friendly. Literally always worth stopping by!!
I was honored to twist balloons for Tropical Smoothie's promotional event. I got a jerk chicken wrap and smoothie. They both were delicious and gone before I left the parking lot! The staff is nice and courteous. The store is spacious and clean. I can't wait to go back. There are a few other items I would like to try.
