Made a mobile order to grab over lunch and they refused to give me the food in the drive through. Said i have to come inside. No thank you, ridiculous policy. 1:30 pm on 6/27/26. Hopefully owners aren’t actually enforcing this policy and can fix it. Smoothie King for me I guess.
If I could give 0 stars I would!! After my order was delivered to me, it didn't have an extra granola (which i paid for), only a few pieces of fruit, and the acai was frozen rock solid. And this is AFTER the order was supposedly remade, due to the first one being entirely frozen. I called & asked to speak to a manager, & the person responded saying that they were the manager. When I asked for their name, they responded that their name was "Manager", then he eventually said that his name was Sherrod or Rashad, which could've ... read more
