This was my first time trying Tropical Smoothie, and the experience was amazing! The staff were very friendly and polite, and they helped me pick the right option. The Mango Monsoon was delicious, and the place is peaceful—perfect for a quick refresh break. The store was very clean and spotless, which made the visit even better
Ordered smoothie with no bananas. When I tasted the smoothie I tasted bananas. I asked to exchange the smoothie and was told there was a difference in price. I was willing to pay the difference and the person said he couldn’t do that and I asked for a refund. Very displeased and a waste of time
