I’ve been to this location maybe 3 times. 2/3 the customer service was stiff. No greetings, no energy. In addition to them getting my order wrong!
Out of all the Tropical smoothie cafes on the space coast this one on N Wickham road has every other cafe beat. The staff is amazing. My smoothie is consistently made the exact same way every time and the flavor never changes. Delta and Ashlyn are the absolute best. I’ve really got to know them over the past year and I’m glad to be a regular customer for this store.
Well I won't order from here again unless I want a tortilla with a lot of buffalo sauce and ranch and just a few morsels of chicken and cheese. I also got a Detox Island Green smoothie... Is it supposed to taste like water with a hint of ginger flavor? Got one more smoothie that someone else drank so don't know about that. I spent $37 this morning for two drinks ( one might as well be water) and a tortilla with buffalo sauce and ranch dressing. Not impressed at all.
Kind staff and quick service. Depending on the employee to customer ration, the food is sometimes not as full as one would like. Still, I like this location and how close it is to the college. This is a healthier fast food option, and I enjoy it more than others. I removed a star because the cashier sometimes doesn’t add my tropic rewards and won’t tell me if the system didn’t take it. Kind overall.
Absolutely terrible. I don’t understand how you can mess up putting bananas and strawberries in a blender and making it taste like ice with a hint of strawberry. I stopped going here a long time ago but decided to give another try since I wanted a smoothie that bad-never again.
