Horrible service those girls had the Personally of a dirty sock. One the teens was standing facing the door chillen Leaning (butt all over) the table behind her on her phone when we walked inside. Place my order. Lady puts order on counter but you cant even hear what she is saying. We tried asking her 3 times is this ours? I want to give a shout-out to Ashlyn at this Tropical Smoothie Café for her exceptional customer service. After I accidentally dropped my smoothie at my work (less than 7 minutes after purchasing), she kindly applied a discount today towards another one —completely unprompted.
