I stopped in recently for a quick meal, but I couldn't even get my order out. The worker was dismissive, and genuinely acted like by me being there was such a inconvenience for them. I ended up leaving, I couldn't even finish listing off my order without them interrupting me halfway and than rushing me to pay. I only wanted to order three items too, nothing unreasonable. Staff is always friendly, but man they need to be re-trained on how to make food. This location used to be so good, but in the past two years I've only had problems. Now, coming here is a last resort when I need a quick meal. Everytime, it's like someone's playing with your food, and when you're hungry right after work that's not what you want🫤 I keep on coming back just to see if the quality is any better, but it's still awful. The 2 ladies that work in the melbourne square location are the slowest people on planet earth. Never again am I going there. Just get normal staff that want to work.
These people are understaffed and working hard but for you to put your order in takes a while and for the food to come out takes a while as well. They don’t pick up their heads to say hi to the people in the line. Food is good and the smoothies.
