These people are understaffed and working hard but for you to put your order in takes a while and for the food to come out takes a while as well. They don’t pick up their heads to say hi to the people in the line. Food is good and the smoothies.
The service was so poor at the location stemmed by the Assistant Manager on duty. AM's should never past judgement or offer opinion to her staff on any customer under any circumstances. As professional individual I was confronted with negativity and judgment by the AM for no reason. I would suggest diversity and customer service training to this individual if she qualifies to hold a leadership position with this organization.
