Always a quick and delicious choice
The last few visits have been a real trip. At times, food has been okay, smoothies always excellent, but the service has been mixed. Lately it's been a lot of attitude. It's been annoying, disrespectful, and off-putting. Having work in the food industry in the past, I get it. But if I have no one behind me in line and I tell you I'm thinking about what I want, it wouldn't kill the employee to say, "Take your time" instead of walking away with a scoff. Dude with big gauges in his ears (nasty in itself working around food) working at 12:14 on 5/22/26 was completely rude to me and others who were in line. If you don’t like your job get a new one or consider not choosing a customer service job if you’re not good at it.😁 no need to be rude to people trying to give you business.
Got their mango smoothie. Got served by Thomas, a nice gentleman with tattoos. He did an amazing job and was super nice :) i always love coming to tropical smoothie.
