I dont know what has happened to this location but lately the food quality has be terrible. Its burnt more often than not, items are missing and no straws included. Today i received someone else's order. I called and was told it would be remade and re-delivered. I live less than 10 min away. An hour later i still have no food. I call again and again they ask if i want it remade. I said no since they obviously dont intend to follow through. Clearly i need a refund but they say no one at the store can do it.
