I dont know what has happened to this location but lately the food quality has be terrible. Its burnt more often than not, items are missing and no straws included. Today i received someone else's order. I called and was told it would be remade and re-delivered. I live less than 10 min away. An hour later i still have no food. I call again and again they ask if i want it remade. I said no since they obviously dont intend to follow through. Clearly i need a refund but they say no one at the store can do it. Very quick for dashers. They have the items ready to go 9/10 times. Always impressed. Keep up the good work and thanks for making dashing simple.
Most of the time, the smoothies come out just right—fresh, tasty, and exactly how I like them. On the rare occasion there’s an issue, the staff is always kind and willing to remake it without hesitation. The place is very clean with a great atmosphere, making it a pleasant spot to visit. Online orders are super convenient too—9 times out of 10, your smoothie will be ready by the time you arrive for pickup. Great service all around!
