I’ve been to a lot of tropical cafes and this one was the most personable and quickest one I’ve ever been too. I travel often so it takes a lot to stand out.
My food was at least hot this time but their customer service is honestly pathetic.
I don’t know if they were understaffed this morning, but the drive-thru service needs improvement. I waited around 10 minutes, possibly longer, after placing my order, and there was no one in front of me in line. I could only see one other customer inside the restaurant. During that time, no one came to the window or acknowledged that I was waiting. Unfortunately, since I had to get to work, I had to leave without receiving my food.
