We bought two smoothies, both were less flavorful than other Tropical Smoothies and consistency was primarily ice.
As a restaurant owner who understands the importance of customer service and hospitality, I’m truly disappointed by the treatment I received today at Tropical Smoothie Café around 4:30 p.m. I was met with rudeness and disrespect by the two employees working at the time something I’ve never experienced in all my years of dining and doing business. Took about 15 minutes for anyone in the back to notice I was there the girl was talking in the back to her coworkers. Then when they did finally notice me she didn’t seem to care that I have been waiting for a while. Food isn’t bad just service sucks.
