We bought two smoothies, both were less flavorful than other Tropical Smoothies and consistency was primarily ice.
As a restaurant owner who understands the importance of customer service and hospitality, I’m truly disappointed by the treatment I received today at Tropical Smoothie Café around 4:30 p.m. I was met with rudeness and disrespect by the two employees working at the time something I’ve never experienced in all my years of dining and doing business.
