Worst customer service. They could care less. They told me they couldn’t do no turbinado, I asked them for no dates in my chia banana boost, one of the other ladies finally came over and decided they could do no turbinado. Long story short, got my smoothie, it was loaded with turbinado and loaded with dates. These people working here could care less about customer service.
On 3 separate occasions, they’ve added a tip to my bill without my permission. For a 8 dollar smoothie she tipped herself 3 dollars. That’s not just dishonest—it’s theft. I don’t mind tipping for good service, but I expect to make that decision myself. If you come here, check your receipt carefully. Shady business practices like this need to be investigated.
Everyone was so kind when I came in with my little one. Super friendly and helpful. The store was clean and spacious. Will definitely be back.
