We went in today for açai bowls, which we normally love, so this experience was really disappointing. My bowl was completely frozen solid when I received it—I couldn’t even eat it. Went in for smoothies and food around 6ish, we ate inside and the food was great; smoothies delicious. Not sure what was going on, but someone was yelling in the back. This isn't the first time either.
Who the hell hired these people? Rude employees not listening and speaking over you while they're shutting down equipment early(missed out on 30 -40 in sales) When they called the wrong name, I just wanted to verify it wasn't someone else's and they literally said "who cares, just take it" Awful..
