Waited in line for 10 minutes for a smoothie only to be told oh that’s your smoothie right there, I’m waiting patiently not trying to be impatient and suddenly someone who didn’t take my order ask what is he waiting for? Another girl ask what’d you order , I tell her and she says “They just put a random name for your order” keep in mind the girl who took my order asked my name and knew my order and never said anything. The name for the customer was “gin” a female name and I’m a male 🤔
Food was good!! Smoothie was made just right! Customer service 10/10. I wanted to go back to the one in Atlanta but decided to give the closer location a try.
Literally the worker was talking and running her mouth with the mail associate while washing dishes as if a paying customers time is not valuable. They didn’t greet me, say hello or anything… then caught an attitude because I didn’t engage conversations with their cashier. She sat my drink down rudely.. now you see how it feels to be rude! Get a new job, if you don’t like yours! Go somewhere else! Your time will be wasted just sitting and standing there while they talk about Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts.
