This is what they gave me after I asked for no tomatoes or ranch and then treated me like an idiot because "You took everything off, what did you expect?" I expected my $10 wrap to have some food in it.
This place started out great . The food is still good . My wife and I can't seem to get through the drive thru without them messing up our order . 3 times in a row . Same person twice , a different person the third time . I think there needs to be better training with the employees . Maybe pay raises . I assume it's high turnover low wage jobs like most food service is . Either way . We are completely over getting our order messed up . Go inside if you want it correct . Also, we tip Everytime . What's the point ?
Service was what one would expect, the freshness of the fruit was not. How can pineapples be fermented, and still pass the sniff test in the kitchen, and then be handed to me? I about threw up. I didn't go back inside to complain because we all know what happens to your food when you complain, at places like this.... Waste of money. Bahama bowl was fermented. Do better
