I come into this Tropical Smoothie pretty often with my wife and one thing we always liked was the music. It made the place feel more alive and more comfortable for the guests while waiting for the orders. It gave the whole shop a fun, upbeat vibe. Service was amazing
Went through the drive thru at 4:30 on Sunday February 22nd and received the RUDEST service and was rushed to order, and cut off multiple times while trying to order. Staff needs to work on their customer service and overall attitude
