Great smoothies/food. But the staff are not pleasant/very rude. Walked in and 3/4 workers are all talking about their lives completely ignoring the customer. Even standing right where you order just talking to each other and ignoring everything and everyone. Finally one worker walks from the back and finally takes my order in a very curt way. The employees at this location specifically are always so friendly and kind. I rarely leave reviews but I always stop at this location on my way up to school and every single time the people working here are so kind so I thought I’d leave a review.
Only customer. Took forever. cashier extremely unfriendy to the point I was uncomfortable. I love Tropical Smoothie Cafe.. Ive been a diehard fan for years. But the service I recieved was definately sub par. And it was mid day. Not even closing time. But my smoothie was delicious
