I have had forgotten items the last 2 times I have gone here and had it delivered (they charged me the full amount) and then when I I tried to call them their phone is disconnected. Love this chain but this is ridiculous.
Wow Paul ( Angel) was awesome he made sure I had a great first time eating in tropical and gave me advice in what to order and it was great ,definitely coming back :)
This is one of my favorite locations. The staff is always super friendly and the food is always on point. If your wrap is done by Carlos it will be picture perfect.
Worst experience at a Tropical Smoothie. The blonde kid that was working 11/22/25 at 4:45pm was more interested on whatever conversation was going on on his airpods than taking our order. “Is that all? Is that all? Is that all?” The only words he muttered after each person of a clearly-group-of-3. Whoever manages this location should seriously reconsider their employee choices. Also the food was SAD. No other ways to accurately describe it. Waste of money and time. Avoid this location.
