I always use my phone to order here. One day I went through drive thru and was told I had to come inside to get my order? I’ve been going to this location for a few years now and I’ve never been told to go inside. It’s inconvenient and makes me wonder why they even have a drive thru? Please go back to how yall were just 6 months ago!
I went yesterday and order the exact same things today. They did great. Different people though. So first when I got here today it was only one young lady there and she was working solo by herself so I wasn't in a rush at all but then when the second lady got there to help her she literally threw my sandwich together and just tossed it on the counter at me so I checked the pesto chicken sandwich and it was a sloppy mess she barely put the food in there it was basically just bread. This is the third time I’ve been here when they are out of a basic ingredient. Bananas, whey protein, açaí. I would appreciate it if they looked into better inventory management. The folks are friendly though!
This place is on "Island Time" when it comes to speed of service.
Super good customer service, very sweet people and super good smoothies. Whoever was working today at 12:30, you were all amazing!!
