Very disappointing experience. I arrived at 7:20 PM, and the posted closing time is 9:00 PM. There were employees inside cleaning, and another customer arrived while I was waiting, but the doors remained locked and no one acknowledged us or offered an explanation. If the store is going to stop serving customers before the advertised closing time, the hours should be updated accordingly. What bothered me most was being completely ignored. This was my first time visiting this location. I placed an online order for pickup. When I walked in, there was no greeting, but I could tell I was noticed. I grabbed my order and headed out. Once I got to my car, I checked the bag and realized I had paid extra for a side sauce that wasn’t included. I went back inside to let the lady at the counter know.
