So frustrating half the time. Unripened bananas. The smoothies are all ice and water. And they have black mold on lids. If bananas are GREEN, do not serve them.
My daughter and I waited for over 5 minutes to be served or even acknowledged. The girls had bad attitudes and proceeded to get aggressive and argue with us when we spoke up, even when another customer walked in. The girl proceeded to throw her arms up and roll her eyes saying she had just woke up. Mind you her appearance and hygiene were horrible to accompany her attitude. This was my first time visiting this location. I placed an online order for pickup. When I walked in, there was no greeting, but I could tell I was noticed. I grabbed my order and headed out. Once I got to my car, I checked the bag and realized I had paid extra for a side sauce that wasn’t included. I went back inside to let the lady at the counter know.
