A lot better than the Niagara Falls location! They can be a little delayed with getting your mobile order ready since it is in such a busy area so I’d order a little extra time in advance during meal rush hours. Other than that if you do a walk in/ sit down when it’s a little less busy service is great and workers are always very nice!
Staff was very rude and had horrible attitudes. This is the first time I’ve ever written a review, I ordered a smoothie and a buffalo chicken wrap. I received my smoothie without any issues and was waiting for my food when the employee making my wrap rolled her eyes and said to her coworker, “I’m beyond irritated right now.” I didn’t think much of it at first because everyone has bad days. I used to like this place, but after today, never again. Finding someone else’s hair in my food is absolutely revolting, what kind of unsanitary disaster is happening in that kitchen? To make it worse, the lettuce was wilted and the avocado was brown and old. You’re charging premium prices for literal garbage. On top of the health hazards, they had exactly one person working a six-customer rush. The management here is a joke. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THIS PLACE?!
Nothing is more unprofessional when a place of business is out of supplies.
